How to Submit a DMCA Notice

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material and its location before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the local court and a statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law.
Good Faith and Accuracy
Filing false or misleading notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability. We encourage parties to seek legal advice before submitting claims.
